When: We will be leaving school at 9:00 A.M. on Wednesday, October 11th and be returning from camp on Friday, October 13th around 1:30 P.M. Your child may be in regular camp clothes on day of field trip.

Cost: $311.00 (Please make check out to Hilldale School. Also, write your child’s name on the memo line. If you need financial assistance, please email Mrs. Clayton directly.)

Lunch: Please pack a sack lunch for your child to eat for Wednesday, October 11th. They will eat it first thing at camp.

**Medication Authorization form: In order for your child to receive over the counter or prescription medication while attending camp, your child’s physician must fill out the form.  The medication along with the completed form must be put into a plastic bag, labeled with student name and handed to classroom teacher on Wednesday, October 11th.

The packet that was handed out to each family describes the campsite, the activities, and the expectations while we are at camp, along with a list of essentials that your child should have packed in their bag.
