Early/Late Extended Care Program

The extended care program operates daily before school from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. and after school from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. This program is provided by the owners/administration free of charge as a service to our families in an effort to benefit and support working parents and to help with homework completion. Parents may use this program depending upon their needs. Before school care consists of independent activities and social engagement. After school care includes a recess right after school and a mandatory Homework Club time during which students must either do homework or read quietly. Students should bring a reading book for those times when they finish homework before homework time is over. 

Extended care is available all days (including early release days) except for the following: 

1. No PM care on the last day before Winter Break 
2. No PM care on Field Day/ Graduation (last day of school)

PLEASE NOTE

LATE PICK-UP FEE POLICY:

Anyone who picks up a child after 6:00 p.m. is subject to emergency charges of $20 for the first five minutes plus $1 for each additional minute. As a courtesy, this fee may be waived once per family during an academic year. This fee is meant as both a deterrence to repeated late pick-ups and to cover the cost of paying a teacher or director to stay late with the child.
