As a grade you will meet once a week to discuss improvements to the school, manage the Recycling Program during lunch, work with the San Bruno Mountain Watch organization and be involved with removing invasive plants such as the Ice plants around campus and planting native plants in their place. You shall also be in charge of environmental clean-ups, such as the beach clean-up that has been done in the past. You shall also have fund-raisers to raise money for your class trip to Ashland. Each 6th grader must also perform 6 hours of service learning/community hours.
