Regular yearly tuition for the 2025-2026 school year in Grades K-8 is $28,900. Payments can be made in 1, 2, 10, or 12 installments. This is an all-inclusive fee covering book fees, field trips, and extended care before and after school for those parents who need child care while they work. Parents may drop off as early as 7:30 a.m. and pick up as late at 6:00 p.m. for no additional fee. Regular school hours are 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Extended outdoor education trips (overnight trips for Grades 4-8) are not included in the tuition, but students organize school fundraisers to help mitigate the cost of these trips.

 

Families having two or more children enrolled in any Pinnacle School, including Hilldale School and Early Learning Academy, will receive a 5% discount for each younger sibling. The oldest sibling is charged the full tuition.  

 

 

Requirements for Financial Aid Applicants:

1. Tax Documentation

   • 1040 Tax Returns for 2024 and 2023 from both parents.
   • If one parent is not involved in the family, documentation such as proof of child support, incarceration, or a death certificate is required.

2. W-2 Forms

   • Copies of all W-2 forms reflected in the tax returns for both parents.

3. Service Hours

   • Families receiving aid must complete 1 service hour for every $100 in aid, up to a maximum of 100 hours per family.
   • Service hours may include assistance from family or friends aged 16 or older. Younger children are welcome to participate in some opportunities.
   • Up to 10 hours per year can be contributed to the Hilldale Parents Association.
