I chose to work at Hilldale for several reasons. One, mainly, is the community, community among the staff and the student body and how we're able to build those together. We're a smaller community, so we are all here for each other. Another reason is because of the ability to work with students in a close setting, one-on-one, really allowing us to help students to achieve the most academic success.
