Acceptance Notifications
K-8 students will be notified of their acceptance via email once all required forms have been submitted, the assessment is complete, and the parent meeting has been conducted. Enrollment acceptance expires 7 days after the acceptance letter is issued. To secure enrollment, a one-time registration fee of $150, a non-refundable tuition deposit of $500, and a signed enrollment contract are required.
Financial Aid
If you are applying for financial aid, you must complete the Financial Aid Application through the SSS portal. If awarded aid, you will receive a revised tuition agreement upon your child's acceptance. Families receiving financial assistance are required to complete one hour of service for every $100 of aid granted.
Transfer Students
If your child is transferring from another school, we will request official transcripts once your child has been accepted. Enrollment is accepted year-round as long as space is available.
