JupiterEd.com is our school’s primary source of official communication. After initial set up by our school office, parents can adjust settings and personal information. Email can be posted through this site, and a group discussion feature is also available. Attendance, discipline, newsletters, the weekly bulletin, progress reports, report cards, and more are sent home through this system. Parents can login at anytime to access messages, prior report cards, and current grades. The COVID Case Posting Board is also located on JupiterEd.com and can be accessed as a blog in the message log.
A student/parent directory is given out after the first two weeks of school via a link. Room parents have editing access and can update changes requested by parents. Parents who do not wish for their information to be in the directory should indicate this on the Registration form check-box. This directory serves to keep everyone in our community connected so that they can develop friendships and support one another.
In order to help keep everyone informed, a Weekly Bulletin is emailed home each week with important reminders and notes for the week ahead. Please take the time to read through this information-rich report. The office makes every attempt to avoid multitudinous emails throughout the week. The Weekly Bulletin is a compilation of all the week’s news and reminders. After the initial bulletin, please look to the Parents’ Corner on the homepage of the website for links to the information from the bulletin.
Calendar, news, events, and homework information is updated regularly on the school website. The calendar on the website has the most up to date information and Hilldale Hoorays are posted in the “Parents’ Corner” and “News” sections of the homepage along with interesting news about our community’s members. The Family Association also has a page with information about their events, and we have posted many other parent resources on the web. As much as we try to avoid it, dates and information changes from the publication and distribution dates of the calendars. Therefore, the website is your best source for current and accurate information.
The website also has the information hub for all COVID information, under the PARENTS section. This information is regularly updated with the most important and pressing information necessary for parents, students, and staff safety. Please subscribe to the calendar by going to the homepage on the website, clicking on the word calendar, and then clicking on the subscribe button on the upper righthand corner of the calendar page.
