We celebrated St. Patrick's Day by writing Limericks about Leprechauns and Four-leafed Clovers. At the end of the day, we had a small party featuring all types of GREEN foods: edamame, pears, veggie chips, green apples, green apple chips, green grapes, dried peapods, celery, and green Gatorade to wash it all down! Who says a party can't be both fun AND healthy.
