In order to avoid the late registration tuition fee, please be sure to turn in your forms no later than March 15th. In order to process your paperwork we will need the following items:
- Registration Information
- Two signed copies of the Tuition Agreement (signed and initialed by all financially responsible parties -- that means both parents if there are two parents in the family must sign and initial each line)
- Direct Debit form
- $500 check deposit made out to "Hilldale School"
If you are applying for Financial Aid, we need the Financial Aid Application, Registration Information form, Direct Debit form, and Deposit only (no Tuition Agreement).
