K-8th Grade Parents - no staff will be at Field Day. All parents are expected to attend this all-school event. If you cannot make it to this event, please make arrangements to have your child attend with another parent and alert the teacher and office of this arrangement in writing.

 

Pre-K Parents - we will provide staff for you at Hilldale if you are not able to make arrangements to attend or find a parent to take your child. This is less ideal because neither your child nor the teacher  does not get to participate in the festivities. However, we understand that you may not be able to make the arrangements. if you do find a carpooling situation, please alert both Ms. Clotile and the office in writing.  We prefer that you join us in this fun day!

 

Extended Care - If needed, we will have extended care available until 6PM; however, we will need you to alert us in advance as to whether or not this service will be necessary.
