Third Graders study immigration in Social Studies. A trip to San Francisco's "Ellis Island" will bring a more meaningful experience to the students.
Parents should park at Triangle 170 Jefferson St. Lot, 2800 Taylor St. The school will reimburse parents up to $32 per vehicle - no more than 5 chaperones.
Students will take the ferry to Angel Island and each lunch there. Please send children with a sack lunch and a snack. Students should wear their red, Hilldale T-Shirt, jeans, and sneakers.
